Wednesday

Well, Today I basicly stayed home most of the time and looked through our video cassets that didnt have a label, and labeled them. I spent some time on the cmputer too, I fixed the shoutbox, Its a ku shoutbox, Got it from a site MYSHOUTBOX.COM
I have to weight lift soon, I do it in the afternoon now. I heard its a good time to do it.
I started a different scheduale. Il finsish the blog by shwoign you it.

Preacher curls
Hammer curls

Legs

Shoulders
Dumbell raises
Bar pulls

Workout looks good...however I am not a big fan of Preacher Curls. I would suggest replacing the Preacher Curls with regular barbell curls. Maybe do preachers once a week or so.

Anyways..find out what works for you...and stick to it.
